EncinoLabs (formerly Live Oak Creative) is a family-owned web development and design laboratory based in Boerne, Texas. Specializing in the "Three Pillars of Modern Tech"—Marketing, Data, and Design—the agency creates high-performance digital solutions for businesses navigating the modern economy. I managed the full rebrand and digital migration for the agency, moving them from a legacy Craft CMS/Bootstrap setup to a cutting-edge, component-based architecture. The site now serves as a showcase of their technical expertise, utilizing Next.js and Tailwind CSS to deliver a premium, high-speed user experience.

Rebranding a Tech Powerhouse

The Challenge

As the agency evolved from Live Oak Creative to EncinoLabs, their digital presence needed to reflect their deep technical focus on data and marketing technology. The previous stack (Craft 3 and Bootstrap) was becoming cumbersome to manage and lacked the modern "feel" required for a high-end tech agency.

The Solution

I designed and developed the new EncinoLabs site from the ground up using Figma and the StoryDesk website builder. By leveraging a Next.js and Tailwind foundation, I eliminated the need for heavy plugins and manual CSS maintenance. The focus was on creating a "Design-First" experience that clearly communicates their specialized service areas while maintaining the personal, "father-and-son" brand story.

The Outcome

The new EncinoLabs site is a masterclass in modern agency branding. It is significantly faster, fully optimized for search (SEO/AIO), and provides a flexible framework that allows the team to showcase their complex projects in marketing and data technology with ease.
