I collaborated with Newsworthy.ai to help completely re-architect and design their platform for the modern, post-newswire world. Moving beyond simple distribution, Newsworthy.ai is engineered as the internet’s premier News Marketing system.

Acting as a core design and product partner, I led a massive user experience (UX) and visual interface (UI) overhaul. This included building a dynamic multi-step creation wizard, designing advanced brand and team management dashboards, and shaping a user interface optimized for the intersection of AI, Web3, and search visibility. The result is a next-generation platform that empowers marketers to turn a single release into a multi-channel visibility engine.

The Challenge

The public relations and distribution industry has long been plagued by complex, fragmented, and outdated software. Users faced massive friction when trying to draft content, manage multiple brand profiles, compile multi-platform analytics, or optimize for modern search ecosystems. The challenge was to condense incredibly complex data sets—including AI-generated text variations, multi-channel distribution channels, eCPC tracking, and blockchain verification markers—into a seamless, intuitive dashboard that feels incredibly simple for busy agencies and marketing teams to navigate.

My Role & Scope of Work

  • UX/UI Platform Overhaul: Redesigning the entire application dashboard to build a fluid, beautiful user experience that minimizes administrative friction.

  • Interactive Tool Engineering: Creating an optimized, responsive multi-step creation wizard with integrated live previews for draft creation and media alignment.

  • The Solution: I built a highly responsive, multi-step creation wizard that integrates a live side-by-side preview panel adapting flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile dimensions. The guided system simplifies asset uploading, drag-and-drop imagery management, integrated Unsplash search, and AI-powered metadata generation into a friction-free workflow before the user confirms final distribution.

Agencies and marketing teams frequently manage dozens of corporate identities simultaneously, necessitating a clean separation of digital workspace parameters.

  • The Solution: I designed a comprehensive organizational hub allowing seamless account management across countless independent brand profiles. The dashboard provides clean access controls for team invite workflows, shared content asset libraries, dedicated media pitch repositories, and automated, SEO-optimized digital newsrooms specific to each distinct corporate profile.
